Team Manager Operations Managing AP data entry process for a global Client Maintaining existing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, acting as the client first line contact for all queries Constant cooperation with different parties to maintain effective process flow Ensuring prompt and professional resolution of all queries Ensuring that KPIs are in line with SLAs and operations' effective achievement of objectives Providing regular updates to SBU Manager regarding client/team/process issues etc Monitoring implementation of new projects, policies and procedures for the Client and department Preparing reports eg. to monitor efficiency of operations. Team managing Planning, managing and controlling the day-to day activities of a team that provides operational support to the Client Managing life cycle of employee in the organization Supporting and motivating the team, acting as a point of referral on all personal and performance related issues Recruiting new hires, working time settlement, creating schedules, reviewing and assessing team members’ performance, running meeting, setting annual goals, on and off boarding activities Requirements Proven experience in team / process supervision Understanding of AP process, desirable practical experience Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team, client and supporting teams Availability – supporting team and client between schedules hours 8am -8pm (however working time will be discussed and agreed with direct SBU Manager) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate information to various audiences Excellent problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude Excellent attention to details and analytical skills Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks Self-disciplined and well organized Professional work ethic and attitude Stress resistant Openness to changes and team spirit We offer Good opportunities to gain experience in dynamic international environment in area of accounting Working hours from Monday till Friday Employment contract Competitive salary and bonus program Private medical care Life insurance Gym membership Internal trainings and language courses Friendly work atmosphere Necessary work training Bring your skills into our team and leave the rest with us We have prepared an extensive Training Program with our process owners and training team for you to become fully prepared and specialized in your new job.
